Contracts Manager

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing healthcare technology consulting organization, the full-time Contracts Manager will coordinate the contract lifecycle management process, review and prepare commercial agreements, and implement best practices while working remotely or onsite in Southern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and redline various commercial agreements, including MSAs and SOWs
• Manage contracts throughout the lifecycle process and coordinate reviews among stakeholders
• Evaluate and implement a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform while documenting workflows and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing or managing a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial contracts
• Experience coordinating contract approval workflows across multiple departments
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact for contract administration and execution
