Job Summary
To support the US-based Client Services team, the part-time Contracts Manager will draft, negotiate, and execute creator/talent agreements, review creator content for compliance, and assist with production-related paperwork, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate creator/talent agreements
- Advise and coordinate creator contracting workflow tasks across internal teams
- Manage production-related paperwork and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in the creator economy, social media marketing, or entertainment
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with a high volume of contracts
- Solid understanding of FTC guidelines and content clearance principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive thinker with a focus on operational efficiencies and teamwork
