Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager, Clinical Research & Grants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration for third-party awards supporting research efforts
• Prepare, negotiate, and maintain contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with applicable terms
• Provide contractual support throughout the life of clinical trials and safeguard intellectual property assets

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and government laws regarding contracts and grants
• Bachelor's Degree in Contracts Administration, Finance, Accounting, Non-profit Management, Business Law, or related field
• Five plus years of experience in contract negotiation and administration
• At least three years of experience in contracting with Federal Government contracts or grants management
• Experience in procurement, cost reimbursement contracting, and quality control processes
