Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager, Commercial (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze commercial terms in EPC contracts to align with organizational objectives
Identify risks during negotiations and recommend modifications to mitigate them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate contract terms and manage the contract process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in renewable energy
Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and battery EPC concepts
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
