Job Summary

Leading contract strategy and risk management for complex construction projects, the full-time remote Contracts Manager - Construction will partner with project teams and legal to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project execution and alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract review and negotiation processes, identifying benefits and potential disadvantages
• Collaborate with project teams to analyze insurable risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Provide guidance on risk management issues and ensure compliance with legal and insurance requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in contracts and risk management
• Professional certification in Risk Management or similar is preferred
• Strong negotiating skills and sound business judgment
• Extensive knowledge of legal principles related to construction contracts
