Contracts Manager for Public Sector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager (Public Sector & Commercial Renewals).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate various agreements, including SLED agreements and RFP responses
• Support channel sales and manage commercial renewal execution, ensuring clean documentation and resolving conflicts
• Contribute to additional legal team priorities, including insurance program support and intellectual property coordination

Required Qualifications

• Experience with public sector contracting and procurement-driven customer terms
• Experience in managing RFP responses and legal sections
• Working knowledge of renewal contracting workflows
• Demonstrated ability to build and improve contracting processes
• Familiarity with CLM platforms and legal tech tools
