Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts for clinical trial-related services
  • Provide legal and risk guidance for contracting and regulatory issues
  • Maintain internal contracts folders/servers for assigned projects and associated trackers
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, JD or advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review
  • Preferred understanding of clinical trial processes and legal/business concepts
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Office and document management
