Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Manager II - Client Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the client contract process, including preparation and negotiation of contracts and amendments
- Act as a liaison for internal and external customers regarding contract administration and facilitate contract-related requests
- Oversee the enterprise-wide Contract Management System and ensure compliance with contract-related policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or corporate paralegal/legal background
- Three to five years of experience in contract management and administration or vendor management
- Experience in the credit union, financial institution, and/or payments industry
