Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager II - Client Contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the client contract process, including preparation and negotiation of contracts and amendments
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external customers regarding contract administration and facilitate contract-related requests
  • Oversee the enterprise-wide Contract Management System and ensure compliance with contract-related policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or corporate paralegal/legal background
  • Three to five years of experience in contract management and administration or vendor management
  • Experience in the credit union, financial institution, and/or payments industry
