Contracts Manager II

Job Summary

To support contract management efforts, the full-time remote Contracts Manager II will review, draft, and negotiate terms with third-party suppliers while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect company interests.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with third-party suppliers
• Review contract language to identify risks and maximize protections and cost savings
• Assist internal stakeholders with vendor research and facilitate comprehension of contract terms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience in contracts/legal, risk, procurement, or financial services, or an advanced degree with 2 years of related experience
• Experience negotiating software license agreements or technology-related contracts is preferred
• Certification as a Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or other relevant industry certifications is a plus
