A company is looking for a Contracts Manager - Power.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all contracts within the Power Lifeline Sector, managing the lifecycle from review to execution
• Provide strategic contract advice to internal stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
• Monitor contract performance, manage risks, and recommend process improvements to enhance contract governance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and governance
• Extensive knowledge of the Power industry, especially in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts
• Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business, Finance, or Engineering; JD or MBA preferred
• Proven negotiation expertise and strong analytical skills
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S
