Job Summary
Managing all contracts within the Power Lifeline sector, the full-time Contracts Manager - Power will ensure contract governance and compliance while providing lifecycle expertise, supporting client needs, and collaborating with internal teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the management of Power Lifeline Sector contracts from review through negotiation to execution
- Provide strategic contract advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively identifying risks and recommending process improvements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and governance, particularly in the Power industry
- Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business, Finance, or Engineering; JD or MBA preferred
- Extensive knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts
- Proven negotiation expertise with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage high contract volumes while ensuring accuracy and compliance
