Contracts Manager with Bar License

Job Summary

To support the Telecommunications Group's growth, the full-time remote Contracts Manager with Bar License will manage customer accounts, oversee contract compliance, and negotiate agreements while serving as a liaison between various internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage customer accounts, including contracts and onboarding activities
• Review and negotiate prime customer agreements and provide recommendations for revisions
• Maintain documentation for customer files and ensure compliance with contractual requirements

Required qualifications

• Bar certification, Juris Doctorate, or Paralegal Certification strongly preferred
• Experience in Legal Review, Contracts Management, or related fields
• General knowledge of MS Office (Excel) required; familiarity with Smartsheets preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without current or future visa sponsorship
