Job Summary

Managing vendor contract requirements for various indirect procurement categories, the full-time Contracts Manager with JD will prepare and negotiate contracts, collaborate with functional teams, and provide guidance to procurement and logistics managers in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement managers in developing and executing procurement strategies
• Prepare and negotiate vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with various functional disciplines on contract requirements and consult with legal counsel on contract-related matters

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related technical discipline
• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant contracts experience in procurement or contracts management
• Experience managing contracts for a variety of indirect procurement categories
• Understanding of US and international transactional principles, including the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and export licensing
