• Review and negotiate NDAs across various sectors including medical devices and aerospace
• Handle complex NDAs with heightened information security requirements
• Support basic corporate work such as entity and LLC formation when applicable

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Ironclad must be listed on the resume
• Prior experience in contract management or legal support
• Familiarity with NDA review processes
• Ability to work remotely and manage flexible hours (15-30 hours per week)
• Experience in advanced manufacturing sectors is preferred
