Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal or Contracts Negotiator.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement contracts playbook in alignment with risk management parameters
Support RFP team with contract reviews and exceptions listing
Negotiate agreements for the sale of SaaS products and services to public sector customers

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years' experience as a paralegal or contracts negotiator
Experience with SaaS and professional services agreements
RFP contracting process familiarity
Experience with a contracts management system
Public sector contracts negotiation experience is a plus
