Job Summary
Focused on negotiating customer-facing commercial agreements, the remote Contracts Negotiator will manage a high volume of negotiations across the Americas, collaborating with sales and business teams to advance deals while safeguarding the company's interests.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate customer agreements, including subscription agreements and channel partner agreements, across the Americas region
- Review and negotiate customer paper against approved positions and playbooks
- Track and manage a pipeline of active negotiations, ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in technology or cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of commercial contract concepts such as limitation of liability and indemnification
- Familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based business models
- Experience working with Sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent negotiations effectively
