Job Summary

Focused on negotiating customer-facing commercial agreements, the remote Contracts Negotiator will manage a high volume of negotiations across the Americas, collaborating with sales and business teams to advance deals while safeguarding the company's interests.

Key responsibilities
  • Negotiate customer agreements, including subscription agreements and channel partner agreements, across the Americas region
  • Review and negotiate customer paper against approved positions and playbooks
  • Track and manage a pipeline of active negotiations, ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in technology or cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract concepts such as limitation of liability and indemnification
  • Familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based business models
  • Experience working with Sales teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent negotiations effectively
