Contracts Negotiator

Job Summary

Supporting a range of commercial negotiations, the full-time Contracts Negotiator will draft and negotiate technology agreements, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage multiple assignments in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including technology licenses and SaaS agreements
• Support legal reviews of customer procurement requests and collaborate with internal teams to address non-standard terms
• Negotiate information security terms and coordinate with internal teams for alignment on company positions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience negotiating and drafting commercial technology contracts
• Experience with technology licensing, SaaS agreements, and data privacy terms
• Direct involvement in negotiating information security provisions
• Prior in-house legal or contracts experience is preferred
• A J.D. is preferred but not required
