Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and redline a variety of commercial agreements
• Own and optimize the contract lifecycle and manage legal operations systems
• Maintain corporate records and assist with subsidiary management and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Paralegal
• Heavy commercial contracts drafting experience
• Healthcare background with knowledge of HIPAA and corporate records management
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent training
• Ability to thrive autonomously in a fast-paced environment
