Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Contracts & Procurement Specialist will manage client agreements, develop supplier contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement processes while working remotely from the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and modify client master service and confidentiality agreements to mitigate risk
- Develop and manage contracts for the procurement of goods and services, negotiating terms with suppliers
- Provide administrative support for audits and compliance reporting while identifying opportunities for procurement process improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or contract management
- Understanding of legal terminology and risk identification in business contracts
- Knowledge of business insurance and compliance requirements
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
