Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Review Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor agreements and SOW requests, including negotiation and execution
• Collaborate with various departments to draft and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance
• Educate stakeholders on the use of Fieldglass and assist with vendor onboarding and administrative processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, Contracts, or related fields preferred
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Fieldglass, PowerPoint, Service Now, and other office systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong relationship management and execution skills
