Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct independent engineering / due diligence technical advisory reviews of various contracts supporting clean energy technologies and projects
Identify key gaps / needs and project risks of various contracts for a clean energy project
Articulate recommendations for improvement and draft independent engineering / due diligence reports on evaluated contracts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or closely related field
Comprehensive background in and ability to review various contracts for clean energy projects
Experience providing independent engineering, technical advisory, or due diligence
Minimum of 10 years' experience in this field
US citizenship is required
