Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners
- Prepare and send contracts and other agreements as required/requested
- Create, review and update contract language for new and existing contracts and apply changes in Ironclad
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field
- Familiarity with US contract law
- Experience preparing sales contracts or working in a business-related role
- Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to work a schedule with at least four hours crossover with Eastern Time in the US
