Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist Fractional.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and review various legal and business documents, including NDAs and client agreements
• Identify and flag risk areas in draft agreements related to liability and commercial alignment
• Provide flexible support on ad hoc legal needs and coordinate with external counsel as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal or paralegal experience, preferably in court settings or commercial law
• Familiarity with agreements common in consulting or professional services
• Ability to review and draft legal terms independently
• Experience with cross-border agreements or international regulations is a plus
• Business-minded and detail-oriented with a proactive work approach
