Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Review clinical trial protocols and develop budgets and site contracts
Coordinate with Trial Managers for site contract negotiations and ensure compliance with FMV principles
Research legal and business issues related to contracts and maintain guidelines for clinical trial contracts

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial contracts or related responsibilities
Experience in Clinical Trial Contracts within CRO or Pharma environments
Strong negotiating skills and understanding of budget review processes
Degree: BA, BS
Experience in processing amendments and negotiating budget/payment terms
