Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to manage commercial contracts and support negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the review, redlining, and negotiation of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS/vendor contracts
• Identify and flag key risks in liability, indemnification, and IP, ensuring all terms align with company playbooks and risk tolerances
• Manage the end-to-end contracting process, from initial intake and version control to execution and obligation tracking

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Contracts Specialist (or similar role) for an enterprise software company
• Experience supporting a sales team in a growth-stage or technology-enabled company
• Experience working with SaaS, technology, or services agreements
• Proficient in MS Office and contract lifecycle management tools
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience is a plus
