Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the contracts lifecycle, the full-time Contracts Specialist will draft, review, negotiate, and administer various commercial contracts while working remotely to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, purchase agreements, and licensing agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts accurately reflect negotiated terms and meet business requirements
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, providing guidance on contract terms and conditions to internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
• Experience in contract management or legal support
• Strong understanding of commercial contract law and compliance
• Proficiency in contract management systems and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments
