Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

To support North American Clinical Operations, the remote Contracts Specialist will review clinical trial protocols, develop site contracts and budgets, and negotiate agreements with clinical sites on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical trial protocols and develop investigator-specific budgets and site contracts
• Negotiate contracts directly with clinical sites and ensure compliance with Fair Market Value principles
• Research legal and business issues related to budgets and contracts, providing informed recommendations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial contracts or related responsibilities
• Experience in Clinical Trial Contracts within CRO or Pharma environments
• Strong negotiating skills and Fair Market Value experience
• Solid understanding of budget review processes for site contracts
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
