Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Contracts Specialist will review clinical trial protocols, develop investigator-specific budgets, and negotiate site contracts for North American Clinical Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical trial protocols and develop site contracts and budgets
• Coordinate site contract negotiations with Trial Managers to align with trial startup timelines
• Research legal and business issues related to contracts and provide informed recommendations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial contracts or related responsibilities
• Experience in Clinical Trial Contracts within CRO or Pharma environments
• Strong negotiating skills and understanding of Fair Market Value principles
• Solid understanding of budget review processes for site contracts
• Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) required
