Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Contracts Specialist will review, draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial contracts while ensuring adherence to legal processes and facilitating the contract lifecycle from intake through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage various commercial contracts, ensuring timely reviews and execution
• Collaborate with business teams to provide guidance on contract workflows and standard language
• Participate in inter-departmental project teams as a contracts subject matter expert to address contractual issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a relevant area; paralegal certification desirable
• Minimum of three years' experience in contract review and development work
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, preferably Icertis and Jira
• Solid understanding of contract law and ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve contract-related issues
