Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Managing and tracking customer contracts, the remote Contracts Specialist will prepare proposals, lead client communications, and assist in negotiating contract terms while proactively identifying opportunities for contract expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track customer contracts and renewal terms, ensuring timely revisions and expansion discussions
• Prepare and issue proposals and quotations in collaboration with various teams from initial outreach to signed execution
• Lead all client contract communications, serving as a trusted advisor on scope revisions and maintaining organized records of interactions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Specialist, Renewals Specialist/Manager, or in a similar role in B2B, life sciences, or healthcare technology
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Self-directed and resourceful, thriving with clear goals and minimal supervision
• Strong collaborator, comfortable communicating with various internal stakeholders
