Contracts Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Contracts Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage the contract lifecycle within the Legal Department, including drafting and reviewing SaaS contracts, preparing RFP responses, and utilizing CLM technology to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and redline a variety of SaaS contracts in line with company standards
- Prepare contract amendments and support the account management process
- Utilize CLM platforms to streamline contract review and track compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in contract management within B2B SaaS or technology companies
- Post-secondary legal training or education in Law
- Experience managing high-volume contracting in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign CLM is an asset
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
