Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (nice to have)
• Strong aptitude for working with numbers
• Basic reconciliation skills (nice to have)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
