Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Control Initiative Execution & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of control-related initiatives from assessment through execution and follow-through
• Develop an understanding of supervisory control areas and assess current-state execution and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate across impacted groups and provide regular updates on initiative status, risks, and overall progress

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in supervision or supervisory controls
• Experience owning initiatives or projects from planning through execution
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into practical recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence progress without direct authority
• High degree of organization and execution discipline
