Job Summary

Owning and advancing a portfolio of control-related initiatives, the full-time salaried Control Initiative Execution Manager will serve as a key execution leader within the Supervisory Controls Management team, focusing on structured execution to enhance processes and workflows in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of control-related initiatives from assessment through execution and implementation
• Conduct assessments of current supervisory control areas and propose future-state processes and workflows
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective execution and alignment across impacted groups

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in supervision, supervisory controls, or related fields
• Proven experience in managing initiatives or projects from planning to execution
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable plans
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence progress across multiple groups
• Experience building project plans and managing work against timelines
