Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist I to provide technical assistance to end-users of their systems and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the front line for customers to deescalate and solve technical issues
  • Utilize OVRC remote management and guide customers through complex installations and troubleshooting
  • Participate in beta testing of new products and provide actionable feedback to product teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience in installing and programming control systems in the custom installation industry
  • Certification in one or more control platforms such as Control4, Crestron, Savant, URC, or Elan
  • Hands-on experience with surveillance, professional audio/video, and technology solutions
  • Familiarity with IoT, audio/video, networking, home automation, and surveillance technologies
  • Advanced networking knowledge, including VLANs, firewalls, and managed switches
