Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accounting processes, controls, and reporting functions operate efficiently and accurately
• Manage financial statement preparation and collaborate with the Board of Directors
• Oversee audit execution, cash management, and development of financial policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of accounting work experience in a non-profit organization
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience with GAAP standards, financial accounting software, and external audit activities
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• CPA certification or accounting firm work experience preferred
