Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to implement processes and systems for startup clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate client meetings and oversee monthly and yearly financial closes
• Support startup clients by managing accounting processes and systems
• Manage accountants and collaborate with clients to evaluate their needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in building and overseeing full cycle accounting processes
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis
• CPA or CMA certification is a bonus
