Controller

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Controller will manage accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and enhance internal controls while working remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and payroll accounting
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a manufacturing or complex operating environment
• Demonstrated experience with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and financial statement preparation
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience establishing and improving accounting processes and internal controls
