Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to join its Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting standards and processes, including financial records, account reconciliation, and transaction categorization
• Establish and maintain financial benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards
• Lead the drive toward producing auditable financials and ensure GAAP compliance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience, including experience at a Big 4 accounting firm and a venture-backed startup
• Strong proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA required
• Bonus points for experience in the health insurance industry and people management experience
