Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations and provide guidance to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Controllership function responsibilities, including monthly close, financial reporting, and compliance activities
• Assess financial risks and opportunities and provide financial guidance to the executive team
• Define and implement best-in-class processes to drive quality and productivity across accounting operations

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Public accounting experience with a Big 4 firm preferred
• Experience in high growth startups, preferably in payments, fintech, or benefits tech industry
• Strong technical accounting skills with demonstrated ASC 606/revenue recognition and consolidation experience
