Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build financial infrastructure, systems, and processes for growth
• Manage full-cycle accounting processes and financial statements
• Coordinate with external audit teams and tax specialists

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's (or Master's) Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting and startups
• Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience
• US GAAP expertise, including revenue recognition and consolidation principles
• Experience with private fundraising processes and initial public offerings
