Job Summary
A company is looking for a Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and enhance the role of Controller function for clients
- Conduct thorough Financial Reviews and Strategic Analyses
- Manage client workload for direct reports, ensuring utilization goals are met consistently
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with a focus on government contracts
- Profound understanding of FASB and GAAP principles
- Advanced knowledge of CAS, FAR, and DFARs regulations
- Experience with accounting systems such as Unanet, Quickbooks, or Deltek Costpoint preferred
