A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements for clients
• Ensure client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor accounting teams while overseeing project management for client engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit work experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment with deep accounting knowledge across industries
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines effectively
