Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements, including non-GAAP KPIs
• Ensure client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with external experts
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, overseeing client engagements and project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment with deep accounting knowledge across multiple industries
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and lead a team effectively
