Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements while providing insights for strategic decision-making
• Ensure client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed
• Lead and mentor accounting teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project management for timely and quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and managing teams effectively
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage client engagements in a fast-paced environment
