Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead the financial accounting function for a fast-growing animal health organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Strengthen internal controls and maintain compliance with regulations and reporting requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting systems and lead a remote accounting team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in multi-site operations management
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or consumer services preferred
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and operational accounting best practices
• Strong systems experience, particularly with NetSuite or similar ERP
