Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations and month-end/year-end closings
• Coordinate internal and external audits, and assist in tax return preparation and filing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with NetSuite
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis
