Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to join their finance team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, GL, inventory, and cost accounting
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller role
• Proven experience in the FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of inventory management, cost accounting, and supply chain finance
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
