Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead the full accounting lifecycle in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end accounting function, enhancing accuracy, speed, and scalability
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with a focus on consistency and improvement
• Ensure precise financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and enhance audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Experience in an accounting leadership role, having taken a company public
• Proven ability to develop and mentor accounting teams
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and processes
• Experience navigating complexity in later-stage SaaS accounting organizations
• Hands-on experience with day-to-day accounting operations
