Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, general ledger, and tax compliance
• Oversee the monthly accounting close process and maintain documented accounting policies
• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting for all departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting
• 5+ years of management experience in accounting
• 2-5 years of hospitality or real estate experience preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software, preferably NetSuite
• Exceptional knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
